Monique "Ty" Cowan
In the Summer of 2018 I completed an internship with WSFA News 12 in Montgomery, Alabama as a digital media producer. My responsibilities included:

- Writing and reporting breaking and developing news stories, and generating high-quality news, sports, and entertainment content, including written and video content, to enhance web page views and user engagement
-
Working closely with the newsroom team, specifically producers, reporters and anchors
-
Executing the mechanics of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat

While there, I wrote over 100 pieces ranging in content. These are a few of them and others can be found on the WSFA website with my name in the byline.
